Before commencing her work at Trinh Nguyen & Partners, Ha was the Office Manager at one of the largest local law firm in Vietnam. Her main focus is in the practice areas of labour law, dispute resolution and litigation.

She has a considerable array of experiences in filing court documents and court procedures. Trinh Nguyen & Partners’ client will derive significant benefits from her being able to think on her feet and adapt to changes, especially litigation in Vietnam where dynamic changes is not unusual. She joins the Trinh Nguyen & Partners as an Associate.

Ha graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2005 from Ho Chi Minh Law University.  Ha enjoys socializing with her friends in her spare time.  Ha has been selected among more than 100 students for LL.M course and will expect to obtain the practicing certificate as a lawyer by mid year 2010.
